SuperFlow Batch 1

World class dissolver, custom build for high viscous products!

The SuperFlow 1 Batch mixer is specially designed for dissolving powders in large quantities of liquid, no matter viscosity level. The mixer is equipped with a mixing wheel in the bottom where dry powder is sucked in directly via vacuum (optional), making it possible to reach uniform powder blends within minutes.

Applications

The SuperFlow 1 Batch mixer is a machine designed specially to dissolve thickeners. The powerful mixer wheel guarantees an eminent, efficient and homogenous stirring of the product. The machine can both stand as part of a process line as well as a stand-alone plant. The machine is constructed in volumes from 50 to 6,000 liters or you can customize your own solution in collaboration with our technical department. The machine holds lots of features in the same machine and runs excellent with very high viscous products due to the very powerful mixing-wheel.

Functions

The SuperFlow 1 Batch mixer has the functions of cleaning in place, direct steam injection, dispersion, dissolving, emulsifying, high shear mixing, homogenizing, mixing, pre-mixing and vacuum.

Options

The SuperFlow 1 Batch mixer works for both convenience, condiments and confectionery products.

Oil day tank

Oil Storage Tanks for Food Processing

Limitech’s oil storage tanks are designed for safe, hygienic and efficient storage of oil during food production. Built in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316, the tanks can be customized in size, shape and configuration to match your process, production layout and storage requirements.

Applications

Ideal for sauces, dressings, margarine, spreads, plant-based products and other food production processes using oil as an ingredient.

Functions

Safe temporary oil storage, hygienic handling and smooth integration into food processing lines.

Options

Available in custom sizes, shapes, fittings and stainless steel materials: AISI 304 or AISI 316.

LiMiX 1

The all-in-one process mixer for maximum flexibility and full viscosity control. The LiMiX 1 from Limitech A/S is an all in one process mixer as it can both cool, heat and mix even effectively. It is one of the most adaptable and efficient food mixers you will find on today's market. It is a multifunctional mixer offering everything needed, incl. maximum flexibility and multifunctionality, due to the easy changing mixing tools you can make several different products. The use of the mixer is highly wide ranging as it handles all viscosities perfectly, guaranteeing a homogenous and smooth blend along a fast production time.

Heat. Cool. Mix. Homogenize. With changeable mixing tools and high-shear performance, LiMiX 1 handles everything from smooth sauces to high-viscosity products.

Applications

Sauces, dressings and condiments; dairy and dairy-based products; spreads and dips; fruit-based products and confectionery; soups, stews and ready meals; as well as purées, batters and emulsions.

High-shear mixing with changeable tools: mixing wheel, stator and knife. Overpressure tank up to 120°C. Volumes from 100 - 2.000 liters. CIP ready. Frequency inverter on agitator.

Vacuum, cooling jacket, steam heating (direct/indirect), insulation, PLC control, frequency inverter on mixer, mounted funnels and more.

SuperFlow 4 inline

A compact in-line mixing solution that keeps dry and wet ingredients apart until the exact moment they need to meet.

Designed for fast and controlled powder-liquid blending, the Super Flow Inline Mixer supports a smooth and efficient process from the very first stage. By introducing dry and wet ingredients separately and combining them directly in the mixing chamber, the system helps create a uniform blend with reduced risk of lumps, fish-eyes and inconsistent texture. Compact, sanitary and built for reliable daily operation, SIF is made for producers who need high capacity, short process time and a mixing solution that is easy to work with.

Baby food, Dairy, Flavoured Milk, Homogenizing, Ice Cream Mix, Paints and Recombined Milk.

Functions

Cleaning in place, Dispersion, Dissolving, High Shear Mixing and Inline Mixing.

High-Shear mixer unit with water-flushed seal, Motor frame with 4 adjustable legs, Motor and V-belt drive, Powder funnel and connections: clamps and SMS.
