The all-in-one process mixer for maximum flexibility and full viscosity control. The LiMiX 1 from Limitech A/S is an all in one process mixer as it can both cool, heat and mix even effectively. It is one of the most adaptable and efficient food mixers you will find on today's market. It is a multifunctional mixer offering everything needed, incl. maximum flexibility and multifunctionality, due to the easy changing mixing tools you can make several different products. The use of the mixer is highly wide ranging as it handles all viscosities perfectly, guaranteeing a homogenous and smooth blend along a fast production time.

Conical Buffer Tanks for Viscous Food Processing

Efficient buffer tanks for pumpable and viscous food products, designed for hygienic processing, minimal waste and smooth product flow. Limitech’s conical buffer tank is designed for processing pumpable products in the food and dairy industry, where hygiene, functionality and reliable product handling are essential. The conical design supports efficient discharge, while the self-adjusting scraper helps move even highly viscous products towards the outlet with minimal product loss. The large surface area also supports fast de-aeration, making the tank suitable for processes where product quality, texture and consistency matter.

The conical buffer tank can be used for buffering, Cleaning in Place, indirect cooking with electricity and water, indirect cooking with pressure through an exchanger system, cooling and vacuum processing.

CIP Cleaning Systems for Efficient, Automatic and Hygienic Process Cleaning

Limitech’s Cleaning in Place (CIP) systems are designed for automatic cleaning of process equipment without major disassembly. The system helps secure hygienic production, reduce manual cleaning work and minimize the risk of cross-contamination between end products.     Limitech offers CIP systems in different configurations to match your production needs. The system is available as a standard CIP solution or as an upgraded CIP Dosing and Water Unit.

    The upgraded version allows cleaning with both water and chemical mixture, with the possibility of reusing water and cleaning solution where suitable. This can help reduce resource consumption and support a more efficient and climate-conscious cleaning process.

    MyMix

    MyMix is Limitech’s compact lab mixer, designed for product testing, recipe development and small-scale process trials. It is used as our own test lab mixer in the Limitech Test Center, where customers can explore ingredients, texture, mixing behaviour and process possibilities before moving into larger production.

    The MyMix can be fitted with different mixing tools that can always be changed. This to ensure a multifunctional solution that will serve you for years without running short of options. The range covers functions from fine emulsions with oil droplets down to 1 micron to gentle cooking processes with particles, all in the same vessel. All options are suited for very viscous products. When emptying the mixer there is no contact with the mixing unit when turned off, which allows for particles to be emptied out without being destroyed.

    Applications

    The mixer operates like a centrifugal pump and pre-homogenizes the product to make almost instant emulsions and blends.

    Functions

    For producers who want to test it in their own environment, MyMix can be rented free of charge for two weeks. This gives you the chance to work with your own raw materials, your own recipes and your own production needs — before deciding on the right process solution.

    Small in size, but built with the same process thinking as our larger systems, MyMix makes it easier to test, adjust and understand your product before scaling up. For cooling, direct steam injection, dispersion, high shear mixing, mixing, vacuum.
