MyMix

MyMix is Limitech’s compact lab mixer, designed for product testing, recipe development and small-scale process trials. It is used as our own test lab mixer in the Limitech Test Center, where customers can explore ingredients, texture, mixing behaviour and process possibilities before moving into larger production.

The MyMix can be fitted with different mixing tools that can always be changed. This to ensure a multifunctional solution that will serve you for years without running short of options. The range covers functions from fine emulsions with oil droplets down to 1 micron to gentle cooking processes with particles, all in the same vessel. All options are suited for very viscous products. When emptying the mixer there is no contact with the mixing unit when turned off, which allows for particles to be emptied out without being destroyed.

Applications

The mixer operates like a centrifugal pump and pre-homogenizes the product to make almost instant emulsions and blends.

Functions

For producers who want to test it in their own environment, MyMix can be rented free of charge for two weeks. This gives you the chance to work with your own raw materials, your own recipes and your own production needs — before deciding on the right process solution.

Cooqer 3

Cooqer 3 is specially designed for dissolving powders in large quantities of liquid and features aseptic ensuring no bacteria or contamination of the product.

Cooqer 3 is equipped with vacuum in the bottom where dry powder is sucked in, making it possible to reach uniform powder blend within minutes. Cooqer 3 has the same functions and abilities as Cooqer 2, but has a smaller volume and is in general smaller than Cooqer 2. However, it can still be customized to your needs of size and scale.

Cooqer 2

The laydown Cooqer 2 is particularly made for producing liquid and semi-liquid food products.

The Cooqer effectively emulsifies and blends dry and wet ingredients. A hygienic design is a natural part of its integrated system and is designed according to European standards and also the guidelines of EHEDG certification.

Cooqer 1

Cooqer 1 is a horizontal cooker, and is versatile and specifically designed for gentle mixing and blending of food products.

This Cooker has no mixer unit but agitators securing no burn on tank walls of the products. Because of the high sugar holdings in for example marmalade the products do not burn on tank walls compared to other products. The tank is secured with a line securing high safety standards if an accident should occur the agitators will stop immediately when the line is moved.

Functions

The lid of the Cooqer 1 can close but is not vacuum tight compared to Cooqer 2. A cover in stainless steel is covering the gear motor for protection. The Cooqer 1 has easy agitator seals access and electrical agitator drive. The machine is equipped with a safety wire and pneumatic lifting of the lid. The Cooqer 1 is forged in stainless steel AISI 316 and 306.

SuperFlow 4 inline

A compact in-line mixing solution that keeps dry and wet ingredients apart until the exact moment they need to meet.

Designed for fast and controlled powder-liquid blending, the Super Flow Inline Mixer supports a smooth and efficient process from the very first stage. SuperFlow Batch 1

World class dissolver, custom build for high viscous products!

The SuperFlow 1 Batch mixer is specially designed for dissolving powders in large quantities of liquid, no matter viscosity level. The mixer is equipped with a mixing wheel in the bottom where dry powder is sucked in directly via vacuum (optional), making it possible to reach uniform powder blends within minutes.

Applications

The SuperFlow 1 Batch mixer is a machine designed specially to dissolve thickeners. The powerful mixer wheel guarantees an eminent, efficient and homogenous stirring of the product. The machine can both stand as part of a process line as well as a stand-alone plant. The machine is constructed in volumes from 50 to 6,000 liters or you can customize your own solution in collaboration with our technical department. The machine holds lots of features in the same machine and runs excellent with very high viscous products due to the very powerful mixing-wheel.

Penquin

The Penquin is specially designed for heating and cooling with a very large surface area. Combining the large surface area with two counter-rotating agitators gives an optimal heat transfer. The design allows for particulates such as vegetables and meat.

Cooling times down to 60-75 minutes depending on product properties and machine size. Volumes: 500 liters, 1000 liters and 2000 liters.

The Penquin works for a high range of different applications from confectionary, convenience and condiments products.

Functions

The Penquin comes with a different variety of functions as cooling, cooking - indirect heating (steam), cooking - indirect heating with electricity and water, cooking - indirect heating with pressure (exchanger system), reduction, vacuum, deaeration, CIP-cleaning in place, agitation and frying.

Options

The Penquin come in an all in one machine, or in two variants as our Penquin-Cold or Penquin Hot. Specially designed for cooling or heating with a very large surface area.

LiMiX 3

The LiMiX 3 is an industrial mixer for easy processing, e.g. simple mixing or puréeing.

Its changeable mixing tool makes it very flexible, and the hinged lid gives you easy access for manual cleaning.

Applications

You can get LiMiX 3 in sizes down to 100 litres. However, no matter what size of batch you want to produce, LiMiX 3 is highly effective mixer with highly effective agitation and frequency inverter on the agitators.
